I’d change the layout to be more user friendly.

can you be more specific? what does user friendly mean to you? do you have examples in mind, of user friendly apps you use often?

The product is made for both people scouting talent, & builders looking to have an Anonymous form of social credit online. However, the benefits are not clearly spoken to the user. The utility for scouts and credit seeking users are too abstractly blended together. I'd tweak the information hierarchy. Also suggest separating the DApp into 2 different pages. One for people searching for talent with features like filters, tags, jobs, notis, etc. Lastly, this is primarily geared toward developers. As a UX Designer, Artist, and PM with a credit score of 53, diving into this is quite a bit of work for me and not something I’d necessarily use or need. Many credit opportunities feel like partnerships, my bandwidth only allows me to keep up with one or two—unless I'm a power user. Which again, further divides the niche target audience of experts from the new and gives them more tasks than benefits. If you'd like figma mockups or a redesign I'd be happy to offer contracts and draw more on potential solutions.
