can you be more specific? what does user friendly mean to you?
do you have examples in mind, of user friendly apps you use often?

My wallet doesn't connect. When I try to it says that it already connected. But it doesn't appear nor give me any of the scores from my main wallet. 

I believe my feedback may have been biased because of this issue, I never further used the app in the past and only remembered my bad experience.
