It should be an opportunity for anyone who thinks she'll win, regardless of who they want to win. I put the odds at about 50%, since I have no idea how voter turnout is going to be, so I don't see a huge betting opportunity here.

It all comes down to charisma, and honestly I don’t think Trump has it anymore, which is why Elon is so desperate for him to win.
