Been thinking about Twitter and what made it good, and what Farcaster seems to be missing The one ingredient I can narrow down is "chaos" Twitter, when it was at its peak, had a very high degree of chaos. Some incredibly smart but anon accounts creating some incredible content Farcaster might be going for "usefulness", but usefulness is a poor metric to aim for when you're trying to bring truly exceptional individuals onboard

have you used Sonnet 3.5? That's the mid-tier model from Anthropic and it's blowing everything out of the water when it comes to coding Reckon Opus 3.5 will be even better It's definitely not slowing down for certain things. Sonnet 3.5 is as good as most mid-tier engineers now

yeah, if you actively farmed it and got shafted, I can see why you'd be pissed I had the same experience with Starknet zkSync is dead in the water anyway. Too little, too late. Other L2s have already taken over the space zkSync might have occupied

this seems wrong you're changing the moment itself And heck, you're changing personalities I have friends whose quirk is that they're always distracted in pictures, and we tease them about it. Changing that would mean that that's not my friend anymore...that's an AI changeling

Vectorizer.ai does a good job of turning images into vectors. Can create icons in midjourney/dall-e, and convert them to svg icons in vectorizer

Not a fan of the two step process to “Cast” a reply Okay if its a separate cast - you want to ensure that whatever you’re casting has some substance But for replies, it should be single step Way less intuitive.

still feel this way reflection on dao vote re: $nouns was that it was unnecessarily contentious upfront when consensus can be gradual much like how farcaster adoption was bottom up and gradual, $nouns can be community deployed and used by ppl that want to use it dao engagement (eg treasury nouns) can come later
