I mean onboarding new hires in your team. Sorry I was not clear at all haha

The pre click funnel can be just as important. 

Do they know how the product works and how they life is going to be changed after the use it, before they are asked to sign up? 

Also direct incentive is the real answer, whether that is simple monetary value or status or something involved with the product.

Clarify roles and expectations + assign a mentor

honestly, just make them feel welcome and part of the team from day one! 😊
