What’s you best advice for onboarding people? 👀

The pre click funnel can be just as important. 

Do they know how the product works and how they life is going to be changed after the use it, before they are asked to sign up? 

Also direct incentive is the real answer, whether that is simple monetary value or status or something involved with the product.

The one thing I always try and remember is taking the first week really slow and bascially just onboarding and getting to know everything had always been the best route for me. That 1 week of not doing "work" yet never matters and it lets people get settled and feel comfortable and ready for tasks.

I mean onboarding new hires in your team. Sorry I was not clear at all haha
