What have been the most engrossing books you've read i.e. had a hard time putting down?

LOl I liked The courage to be disliked but found it so hard going, (for my brain) that all I wanted to do was put it down. :-)

hahahah I get that! I digested as audiobook so maybe it doesn't count ;) I remember feeling like 'wow this book is straight truth'. Have you read the sequel - the courage to be happy?

I have not. Is it equally based on Jung (it was him I think right ?)

yes! there were two ideas that really struck me. Not sure where I stand on them:
- We should not condemn or praise (the book provides systematic reasoning for this)
- We could love anyone (basically saying that compatibility is not a factor for a healthy relationship)

Was sequel good too?
Courage to be disliked would be great for all early teens to read, def in the ‘things I wish I’d known earlier’ bucket.
