Osmosis where you took the screenshot from allows you to quite easily swap one for another. In theory that is. The liquidity is really small since there are no big incentives for providing it

Can be considered a competitor in data availability only post EIP-4844 Not in settlement since no contracts It's written with CosmosSDK so has "enshrined" staking and governance modules. An active set consist of 100 validators but the number can be through on-chain governance
