do you take vitamins? i try to get my vitamins from whole foods as much as i can but my current supplement rotation is: - magnesium (sleep) - vitamin d (live in the uk and get little sun) - vitamin c (immune system) - omega 3 (brain function) - probiotic drink (gut health) - turmeric (for joints) wby?

yes! like you, try to get as much from my diet but current stack: magnesium complex, nettle, and an HCL enzyme blend for certain foods (dairy or gluten typically) sporadically there’s triphala, algal omega 3, quercetin, vitamin d, vitamin b complex
