In order of validation strength: Is the user excited about the idea? Is the user using it? Are they continuing to use it? Is the user paying for it? Are they continuing to pay for it?

Depends on what the app is, but my generic insight stack is Google Analytics for broad site data Logrocket for session tracking Heap for action logs And excel (or a jupyter notebook) for cohort analysis and slicing/dicing up my data when it gets big enough.
