What are your founder/founding team 🚩 red flags?

/product-design | startup advisor | casting in /meesh | prev. @ reddit, okta (personal), lilblockparty.wtf, common.xyz, etc.

It’s a requirement, beyond a nice-to-have!

Yeah, makes sense. From a design standpoint, UI can always be designed quickly but will the overarching UX be great? Probably not (need an additional 24 hours). 

Context matters ofc. But it’s also really telling of the founder if they’re constantly making these requests without good reasoning (ahem, lack of experience).

Most times the definition is giving you tasks with crazy deadlines and words of encouragement. Most times I love it, sometimes I don't
