No politician, regulator, or policeman found the fraud. The blockchain did. Up to the end, SBF said “assets are fine”. But millions could independently fact check him by testing their ability to withdraw. SBF fooled the State, but met his match in the Network. https://balajis.com/p/crypto-twitter-found-sbfs-fraud

I just casted about this but we can test the network society mentality on local city councils and county boards Setup a pothole DAO, hire our own contractor, and let citizens earn bounties for tagging potholes Run it all on chain to show the transparency, then get your people elected and move it all on chain

I've been thinking about this app for a few months now, but more than just potholes: - Anything you want changed in your neighborhood, you snap a pic and post a bounty - Anyone can contribute, anyone can see open bounties - Anyone can address issues and claim bounty

I think what’s more compelling is if you allow people to contribute to your bounty, and users can negotiate the quote. The problem is how many people are going to pay to have a pothole fixed when many people assume towns will do that for them?

There are many instances of people just paying for stuff when it isn’t being done by the authorities
