There is a lost art of staying put in one place

Most people nowadays (especially the higher classes) are traveling frequently - for vacations, conferences, toggling between summer/winter homes, etc.

There are certain things you only perceive when you stay in one place. Particularly things related to nature’s rhythms

The more time I spend in my neighborhood the less I see the appeal of living other places

I have such a deep community that it's not interesting to build that again somewhere else

It's not location location location
