Convince me I’m wrong: not a ton of incentive to be first to AA wallets given security risk / lack of Lindyness.

I don't think AA wallets are really "wallets" in the traditional sense They are like Magic Links, it's an authentication solution to make apps more useable Like Hosted Gmail vs Running your own server So I agree with you but for a different reason (I think)
