Recurring playdates at a neutral place! Pick non nap time as a given park on a single day Invite every other parent you meet and try your damndest to be there for the first few weeks It will pickup its own steam

this is what we're doing! albeit originally organized by someone who isn't a new parent 😂 but yes: same day, same time, same location makes it so much easier to commit to
