I’m not a parent but I’ve taken care of my nephew and he’s just like your 7, what I would recommend is giving him something to achieve by himself little by little each day, something that can have him busy for a couple hours like Lego! Or something like that to train the mind, I wish you the best, you’re great

5-7 what an age! I'm sure you have a lot of fun! You is all they want, hug them, tell them you love them, play chase and hide with them, stuff like that :)
