hackathons:

I want to announce a hackathon on a given subject. Then have bountybot reply with bounties for sponsors. 

Then reply with bounties set by those sponsors

Then during the hackathon, answer questions about bounty parameters etc.. in the hackathon channel

And finally handle the individual bounties
