Okay, so a receipt for purchasing, say an LV bag at a shop in Paris?

A digital way to demonstrate IRL clout?

An on chain record that verifies you bought the item - but only when you want it to, eg when you sell it. 

Privacy is required because most people won’t want others to see what they’ve bought.
