Daily eating schedule when not traveling: 1) Bowl of bran cereal in morning or three eggs and flatbread 2) Coffee 3) Apple and banana for snack 4) Protein shake 5) Dinner around 6PM ideally When traveling I eat even less which is great.

Love the routine. I have an OG, bacon egg muffin, and coffee every morning. Most of the days I eat the same dinner too. I’m curious, what do you usually have for dinner?
