I believe it was related to @coopahtroopa.eth who seems to know about such things. One thing people have been telling me is that memecoins on Solana have become a very big deal. So regardless of the broader sociopolitical implications (not sure about those yet) it seems logical that these should become a phenomenon on the Ethereum blockchain as well.
