I loved the batman with Adam West. Than watched some parts of the new batmans but felt cheap, dramatic, dark, pesimistic and troubled.
Was not ip to my taste anymore

in fact batman has almost always been about harsh reality and a sin-ridden city.
Superman's more the opposite.
