Took extra long to put away clothes because although I may be 38, my mommy who was visiting folded my laundry 🤣 including my socks (using a pair and fold-over interscoping method). But I prefer the pair and fold-no interscoping to save the elastics.

Enjoyed @jaredhecht.eth's latest post: https://jared.xyz/social-media-onchain In particular the last sentence resonates: > the right approach is not to convince web2’s biggest creators to drink the kool-aid, but to make sure that the onchain gravity is so strong that tomorrow’s biggest creators emerge on web3

But this for a comparison from Harvard for personal WGS https://arep.med.harvard.edu/gmc/genome_services.html Seems like ancestryDNA still provides best bang for the buck for raw data, but then you have to plug that data in somewhere to make it useful!

Adhd physics: I generally enjoy what I’m in the middle of, it’s getting in the middle of it that’s challenging. “Maymie in motion tends to stay in motion” says my ADHD coach.

The body is more vulnerable to stress when getting to menstruate (bc it’s biologically super energy intensive). I try to take it easy the week before period through day 1-2, otherwise I def notice. Also a post-period tonic to avoid anemia over time can help!

Good point, yikes. Private genome discussion available forever on blockchain = mistake on the level of clicking on chain letter emails from 90s

Friend! Hi! I like how you’re also decoding your own genome. If you ever want a clinical perspective, “cast” me! (Is that what the kids say here?)
