Anyone else need more hours of sleep when they're on their menstrual cycle? π π π© Do you do anything to combat this or just accept it's what your body wants?

The body is more vulnerable to stress when getting to menstruate (bc itβs biologically super energy intensive). I try to take it easy the week before period through day 1-2, otherwise I def notice. Also a post-period tonic to avoid anemia over time can help!
