Hit an adrenaline fueled flow state. For me this means either hit the gym and swim a mile or go work a pedicab shift. Incapable of returning in a bad mood from either activity

Actually a trick I use at the gym to get myself to do the exercises I don't want to do. My first thought is "f*** I don't want to do this. Better do it first." Then I do it while grumbling. trying to apply this to more problem areas in my life honestly!
