I cut back on caffeine this year with decaf nespresso pods which was decent (Melozio decaf). More recently tho I’ve been drinking this matcha mushroom drink thing called Magic Mind. I quite like it so far (less jittery, still productive), tho I can’t drink it on an empty stomach.

when I wanted to cutback, and I do this every Ramadan— I reduce the actual “coffee” grams going into my coffee. I’m a big fan of pour-over, so I can weight the difference and 10-15 days before fasting I reduce it, to the point where my body adjusts seamlessly and it’s easier to have less caffeinated coffee!
