Nah fam, contract secured revenue.

paying back sequencer fees to contracts that drive txs. Using gas usage is flawed as it incentivizes bad contracts.

If you have Sybil, then you can use active unique users to pay out. 

Would be huge, who can I talk to at optimism to make this happen? Karl?
