That's awesome. In the last year or so I started tackling some of these things. For me Pennebaker journalling has been really powerful: https://warpcast.com/maurelian.eth/0x5986a038 But that's just one way. I think that however you go about articulating, instead of pushing it down, can really remove the hold these things have on you.
