I usually find the @july flattering genre of cast to be cringey... but sometimes cringe is good, and credit where its due. 

For better or worse, I can't help but treat his Likes as the bar for a successful cast. He seems to be truly discerning, with an intuitive mastery over the use of intermittent rewards.
