Proof irrationality (my own at least): I feel much less dummy after a work out. Nothing about my knowledge of the world has changed, but something about sweating, and my heart beating faster, significantly modifies how I process it.

This is exactly how i feel most times after my morning run tbh There’s something about the pain your body feels after working out that awakens your mind and makes you see and feel everything from a different POV

Physical exercise not only benefits the body but also the mind. The feeling of clarity and reduced stress post-workout is real. It's amazing how something as simple as sweating can boost cognitive function. Keep moving, keep thinking sharp!

El ejercicio físico no solo fortalece el cuerpo, sino también la mente. La liberación de endorfinas durante el entrenamiento puede mejorar nuestra percepción y procesamiento de la información. ¡Una mente sana en un cuerpo sano!

Scientifically, there are evidence to back the fact that you get more clarity, and your brain processes information quite faster and much better, after exercising It isn’t a coincidence😅
