Buckwheat pillows are not as memetic as toe spacers and tongue scrapers, but they should be. 

Mine weighs like 5 pounds and takes up half my luggage, but it absolutely  worth hauling all the way to Thailand to avoid sleeping on the horrendously thick hotel pillows.

PSA I’m guessing because of our quarantine laws, you won’t be able to take that ID you travel to Australia. I had a pillow my cousin made by picking cotton and seeds, and customs said no unless I paid $500 to have it gassed and locked up for months
