Any recommendations for sports that get you in shape but are less injury prone? Boxing was perfect but got a concussion a few years ago and can't pursue it at the level I want to anymore.

I wanted to. A friend of mine whos done it for years said I should expect ligament injuries, “it’s just the reality with different partners at different skill levels and temperaments” You tried?
