Take heart… It was suggested we order food in from the local kebab shop. I refused & went in person. The boss man was there after a long absence. I remembered his name & we chatted. I left with a Coke on the house. 1. Community is hard with a delivery driver. 2. Go do things with the body you have.

I don't always go places, but when I do it's that one conversation that makes it all worthwhile IRL is so valuable

It is. I’m grateful to live in the digital age but it’s vital to remember we’re built for physical connection first and foremost.
