Take heart⦠It was suggested we order food in from the local kebab shop. I refused & went in person. The boss man was there after a long absence. I remembered his name & we chatted. I left with a Coke on the house. 1. Community is hard with a delivery driver. 2. Go do things with the body you have.

For clarity, a free coke is fun but not the point. The point is what it represents: a symbol of human connection - and great business.

I just had a discussion about something similar with my kids. Something are harder and less instant but also have a bigger impact especially as it relates to human connections. We were talking about writing a letter to someone or printing a photograph with a note on the back and send it to someone.
