No and Unfortunately a smart person can usually rationalize anything. People are smart without being wise There used to be true moral weight behind work. Now we have a Silicon Valley pastor reassuring people that yes working HR for UberEats is divine Leisure and aesthetics are what gives you status, not discipline and frugality
