Nouns at 2.5eth, 1100 nouns, and 5k eth treasury. Should be a clear arbitrage if they’d just vote to release the funds to holders. Is Nouns the worst example of community managed funds? Ominous for DAOs?

Considering they were once 100+eth and that the treasury holds $20m in it. No it’s not a good situation.
