been in space for >10 years. few things I find most valuable about crypto:

1. self custody is an important option to maintain individual freedom in a world where technology enables individuals in power to shut down wide swaths of population financials with a single button. its not for everyone, but the *option* is important to maintain freedom for all.
2. defi - programmable money on transparent, neutral blockchains will bring a new level of fairness, transparency, and efficiency to the financial world. Strictly better financial products for billions of people around the world, built by fewer engineers.
3. stablecoins - at @reserve we've been helping people around the world use stablecoins for >5 years. there is nothing like a hyperinflationary local currency to viscerally understand the value of stablecoins on permissionless blockchains. again, giving people access to strictly better financial products around the world.
