It’s sort of ironic, as spreading the OCP narrative only primes a consumer to be more pissed off and paranoid when Coinbase themselves rightfully takes similar actions

I am afraid of Coinbase. I have for me what is a lot of money in there and it feels trapped. If I try and move it, they will punish me. If I encounter problems, I will get no help.

for what its worth, i've put a lot of money through in both directions over the years and never had issues (besides the one time i logged in on a flight while also making a significant withdrawal at same time but this was resolved with a call to customer support quickly)
