Has anyone here thought deeply about large payments? For example, why can I only send less than $10,000 via PayPal?

haha if you’re brave it could be done. worst case is you get labelled as an MSB and it goes downhill from there.

overall it’s sort of a regulatory arb, I think the reporting requirements for $10k+ are fairly stringent and vary depending on jurisdiction. but of course there’s nothing technically preventing USDC to be used for large remittances.

Still if I KYC, why can’t I send more than 10k to someone? Wouldn’t a tool like Bridge let me send as much USDC as I want to someone?

Then someone could technically receive that in USD? Someone just needs to build the front end. Now I kind’ve want to do it.
