gmatcha, here’s a pic of our little matcha toolset: chawan (bowl), chasen (whisk), naoshi (whisk holder), and chashaku (scoop).

our naoshi is actually slightly too large for this particular chasen, which you can see clearly if you look closely. the ends of the whisk should wrap around the holder so that they maintain their curved shape as long as possible.
