Since we started minting CryptoCitizens in '21, I've been searching for a way to create a shared treasury controlled by our token holders. I have been unable to find a solution, still, three years later (!) This is such a huge opportunity I can't help but assume I must be missing something.

couldn't you do all of this with governor bravo via a frontend like Tally?

From my research, Governor Bravo assumes you are using an ERC-20 token with embedded logic to handle governance. To unlock this market, it needs to be backwards compatible with any vanilla ERC-721 contract. Anyone could easily create Fidenza DAO, Azuki DAO, etc.
