worth noting that as of the time of writing, TC remains on the SDN list and OFAC has offered no formal statement or guidance indicating how transactions with TC should be treated. as a result, compliance firms like elliptic still label TC as an OFAC-sanctioned entity, though this may change in the future. so, despite the good news, a bit of a grey area for users. it’s also uncertain if this ruling will be appealed. also worth keeping in mind that the charges against Roman Storm in the U.S. remain unchanged. his trial begins in april 2025.
