i feel like i’m very good at remembering / sticking to lifting and climbing, and very bad at doing so with running. i want to get more into running (or some other cardio i suppose?)… any suggestions for building the habit?

This was a tough one for me too, but building up to a small daily minimum made it more approachable for me I made myself run a daily 1 mile minimum. Gave myself leeway for a missed day, but no missing 2 in a row Ended on a tweaked ankle from bouldering, but streak lasted just over 200 days. @zeni.eth is on a crazy active streak now doing the same

damn hope the ankle gets better soon! dreading the day I get seriously injured from bouldering but yeah that sounds like a good system—I question whether I'll be able to keep it up every day but shooting for 4-5 times a week is doable
