i feel like i’m very good at remembering / sticking to lifting and climbing, and very bad at doing so with running. i want to get more into running (or some other cardio i suppose?)… any suggestions for building the habit?

What got me going was Nike Run Club training plans and guided runs. The guided runs are really helpful because you have someone talking you through your runs, encouraging you and reminding you of your strengths and weaknesses. The training plans help you set a goal and have a structure to achieving that goal. I am 13 weeks into an 18week marathon training plan.
