Two sides to this sword. For others it's a reason to not use it, as they don't have the "safety" of being able to chargeback (I've heard this myself, but I don't agree with it)

Lawsuits would come into play at that standpoint. Also, chargebacks aren’t supposed to work in that standard. If it did, I’d definitely be taking that customer to court. Especially if there was a signed contract. (I think the EAS comes into play here) So yes crypto is better, but this may not be the example.
