Two sides to this sword. For others it's a reason to not use it, as they don't have the "safety" of being able to chargeback (I've heard this myself, but I don't agree with it)

Lawsuits would come into play at that standpoint. Also, chargebacks arenā€™t supposed to work in that standard. If it did, Iā€™d definitely be taking that customer to court. Especially if there was a signed contract. (I think the EAS comes into play here) So yes crypto is better, but this may not be the example.
