maybe a long shot but anyone know the best way to find the person who owns this? obviously do not have 100 eth but I would still buy it https://opensea.io/assets/ethereum/0x57f1887a8bf19b14fc0df6fd9b2acc9af147ea85/30083895330607567676383241540229093625450273707377652784203509915936890732001

Sometimes they use it as their X handle. Other times you just have to follow the cookie crumbs to see who funded the wallet that bought it until you get to something that reveals a way to contact them. I’ve done that on several occasions successfully for ENS domains and other NFTs I want to buy.

Some strategies I've used in the past is to look the NFTs held by that address, or the other 0x this specific address has interacted with, and see if there's anything in there that can link up to a profile on X or some other socials. Worked a couple times!
