Boston's seaport transformation in the last decade has been quite remarkable as well! I remember going to the neighorhood as a kid and now it's so shockingly different (and better).

Just didn’t lead to a similar stabilization of apartment prices.

But yeah definitely hardly recognizable to the seaport I knew living in Boston 20+ years ago.
