I want to say it was someone on here that posted the rec, but I recently read Outlive by Peter Attia and took some notes with the help of chatGPT. Tried to get as close to the essence of the book as possible!

What was your process for taking these notes?

had it analyze each chapter and gave it the headers i want, told it to do a bulleted outline. 

then put the entire thing in and had it generate the recommendations by combining the notes into only the actionable items

read first! glad i did, it was a good read. but my reading comprehension isn’t great so i wanted something i could reference later.

You read the book and then did this? Or did this instead of reading?
