I just need to be more consistently. Honestly, I do it as much for my mental health as my physical health. I feel so much better about myself, my life, etc when Iโ€™m being active!

Yes, it's true that exercise leads to the secretion of important hormones for better mental well-being. It is highly recommended; we just need to be careful not to get injured and to listen to our bodies, as we are more prone to injuries now.
