Yeah, sometimes it’s how it’s cooked that makes the difference. Delicata is a good one to try and this recipe is particularly tasty.

Yeah, Delicata is a good one. I’ll slice it, season it, and throw it in the air fryer for a few minutes for a delicious snack.

I will say I don't think I ever had Delicata squash until Blue Apron introduced me to it and after the first try, I was like - YES let's get some more of these meals!

The various ways of seasoning, oven baking, and combining with the other components always pleased the family.  

We stopped Blue Apron and I haven't had Delicata since, so now I think I'll put it on the list to make some soon.
