I will say I don't think I ever had Delicata squash until Blue Apron introduced me to it and after the first try, I was like - YES let's get some more of these meals!

The various ways of seasoning, oven baking, and combining with the other components always pleased the family.  

We stopped Blue Apron and I haven't had Delicata since, so now I think I'll put it on the list to make some soon.
